Welcome to the tobacco free world of KIKIT E- CIGARETTES. The following information is intended to be read by every purchaser of KIKIT products and by doing so agree to the following Terms and Conditions



This product is intended for use by existing smokers 18 or older, and not by children, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma.

KIKIT E- CIGARETTES  are not sold as a smoking cessation product and makes no claim that E Cigarettes are healthy for you . If unsure about the short term or long term effects of the E Liquid we suggest you consult your physician.


1.         Pricing

1.1       All pricing in in Australian Dollars and are subject to change. Sale prices on regular product are generally communicated through our newsletter

1.2       The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges and all other associated transport costs domestic or international

1.3       All purchases are only to for existing smokers those 18 years and older. Any evidence that this security has been breached will result in recall of products


2.         Payments

2.1       There are three options for payment on the web site Paypal, Credit Card and Bank transfer


3.         Ordering

3.1       If you place an order and that we are unable to fulfil your request you will receive an email immediately offering you a full refund or provide  an acceptable alternative


3.2       Once an order has been received you will receive subsequent emails confirming the status of the order and then ongoing emails to confirm processing and completion. Completion means it has been posted


3.3       All KIKIT E- Cigarettes orders are normally despatched within 24 hours via DHL (EX NZ)/Express Post. Delivery hours are normally 7-5pm Monday to Friday. Should an Express Post parcel be lost KIKT will take all care in tracking the parcel through the Australia Post Portal. It is the purchasers responsibility that the address information is correct and KIKIT accept no liability due to purchasers incorrect delivery detail


3.4       KIKT accepts no liability for delays caused by Australia Post or DHL

3.5       If you have ordered cartridges containing Nicotine from Australia you are importing Nicotine products under the guidelines of the TGA Personal Importation Scheme



4          1 Year Warranty

4.1       KIKIT E – Cigarettes are made from quality raw materials and are manufactured with quality control mechanisms and we state that all products shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date.

4.2       In the first instance please email your concerns to info@kikitecigs.com.au providing proof of purchase information and the reason for your return

4.3       Upon assessment from our technical department your replacement products will be sent within 14 days of receiving them. If there is evidence of misuse your warranty will be voided. ONLY KIKIT USB CHARGERS ARE TO BE USED WITH KIKIT CARTRIDGES AND BATTERIES.. If there is evidence that batteries or cartridges have been used with products other than KIKIT the warranty will be voided


5          7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

5.1       Our customer experience is vital to our growth so for what ever reason if you are not satisfied with your KIKIT E-Cigarette purchase you may return your goods providing all original packing is intact  . 5.2       All refunds will paid by the same method of original payment. Please allow up to 14 days for processing


6          Change or Cancellation of Orders

6.1       It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. (info@kikitecigs.com.au) If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. All non nicotine product is sent within Australia through Express Post and nicotine packages are sent via DHL from our international warehouse Your order will be sent within 3 working days after it has been placed.


7.         Returns Policy

7.1       We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

7.2       If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

7.3       When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight.

7.4       All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

7.5       You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
